At Emma's Treasures Amsterdam, we attach great importance to transparency and customer satisfaction. Below you will find an overview of all our policies.

Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days after receipt to return an item. Items must be in original condition, with tags and packaging. Returns can be made via Luxury.bijoux003@gmail.com. Return costs are at the expense of the customer. After approval, the amount will be refunded within 6–7 business days via the original payment method. EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders, both within the Netherlands and to selected international destinations. Orders placed before 17:00 (Amsterdam time) will be processed the same day. Delivery time: 7–10 business days (Mon–Fri). You will receive a tracking number via email.

Privacy Policy
